CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Non-Personalised Orders:
For all non-customized orders, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations will be accepted as long as the package has not been dispatched.
However, if the cancellation occurs after dispatch, a shipping fee, RTO fee, and a 5% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellation of Personalised Orders:
Once an order for personalised products has been placed and involves any form of customization, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
Cancellation of International Orders:
Once an international order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
REPLACEMENTS
Exchange requests will only be considered for products received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
The buyer or recipient must notify us of any damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of receiving the goods. For claims regarding missing items or damaged products, an unedited unboxing video is required as evidence. Please share the complete video with us via email at contact@giftii.in.
Additionally, please be aware of the following non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., menstrual cups)
- Personalised or customised products
In certain situations, partial refunds may be provided, depending on the circumstances. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
REFUNDS
Refund for Non-Personalised Orders:
Customers can choose to receive a refund to the original payment source or as a credit to their Giftii wallet.
Refunds to the original payment source will incur a 5% transactional and cancellation fee and will be credited within 3 to 5 working days from the processing date.
Customers who opt for a refund to their Giftii wallet will be eligible for a 100% refund, which will reflect within 24 to 48 hours of the cancellation request.
All refunds will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours from the time of the cancellation request.
If the cancellation occurs after dispatch, the shipping fee, RTO fee, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted.
Refund for Personalised Orders:
Upon cancellation, the cost of the personalised product will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance, excluding the personalised product cost and the 5% cancellation fee, will be refunded.
In the case of cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the personalised product cost, shipping fee, RTO fee, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.
Refund for Damaged or Missing Products:
Once we receive and inspect the photos/videos of the damaged product, we will notify you of the verification outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping timelines are as follows:
- Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2 - 4 working days.
- Standard shipping PAN India: 5 - 9 working days.
- International Shipping: 10 - 12 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment. Please allow for additional transit days for the delivery of your order. If there is a significant delay in your order's shipment, please reach out to us via email or phone.
Potential Delays for Personalised Orders:
During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the production and shipment of personalised items may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customers will be promptly informed of any such delays.
Non-Refundable Logistics Delay:
Giftii is not responsible for delays in product delivery due to logistics issues, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistics circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by these factors.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Giftii is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
