Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation requests received after 12 hours of placing an order will incur a cancellation fee depending on the shipping charges. 

Return & Refund Policy

*In case the ordered item is delivered to the customer and the customer wants to create replace or return for their order, The refund will be initiated after deducting the order return charges.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the original box and invoice within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Tampered goods will not be eligible for returns and replacements. 

Note: No return, replacement, and refund request will be processed after 48 hours of delivery if not contacted within the time frame.

We try our best to create suitable service concepts for our clients.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
